Section 79.3
Disposition versions
79.3. A home educational childcare provider whose recognition has been suspended pursuant to section 79 and whose recognition expires during the suspension must, at least 60 days before the date scheduled for resumption of operations, submit an application for the renewal of recognition to the recognizing coordinating office, along with the information and documents listed in section 60, when those previously submitted are no longer accurate or are incomplete or outdated.
79.3. A home educational childcare provider whose recognition has been suspended pursuant to sections 79 and 79.2 and whose recognition expires during the suspension must, at least 60 days before the date scheduled for resumption of operations, submit an application for the renewal of recognition to the recognizing coordinating office, along with the information and documents listed in section 60, when those previously submitted are no longer accurate or are incomplete or outdated.
